Other things to note

Room 2 is located on the first floor of our outdoor courtyard that is shared with our restaurant/bar, Alchemy | Choose Thy Poison, which is a lively environment with music and restaurant patrons that can last until 10 PM. Alchemy's tables and chairs where restaurant guests sit are directly in front of the entry door to Room 2. Room 2 has blinds and shades to completely privatize the room but this is something we note so guests are not surprised by the unique environment. Room 2 is not a good room for noise sensitive guests.

Guest policies

  • Check-in: 3pm, Check-out: 11am
  • 2 Guests Maximum
  • Quiet hours - 10 PM - 8 AM
  • Not suitable for children and infants
  • No smoking
  • No pets allowed
  • No parties or events
  • All photo and film shoots must be approved in advance and there may be an additional location fee if approved
  • Fines for Maximum Guest Policy Violations will be applied as follows: $200 per person per night will be charged to guests for each unauthorized person over our maximum 2 guests per room policy
  • Fines for Quiet Hours Violations will be applied as follows: $100 for the first infraction, $200 for the second infraction and $500 for each infraction thereafter
  • Fines for No Smoking Violations will be applied as follows: $100 for the first infraction, $200 for the second infraction and $500 for each infraction thereafter
  • Fines for Unauthorized early check-in/late check-out Violations will be applied as follows: $100 for each 30 minutes earlier than check-in time and $100 for each 30 minutes later than check-out time
